Though Akshay's first film officially was 'Saugandh', it was 'Dwarpaal', which could not be released due to some reason. The actor had got these two movies with the help of Mr. Ravi Srivastav.
Mr. Ravi lives an abandoned life and couldn't afford to pay for his kidney transplant. When Akshay got this news, he immediately stepped ahead to help him.

It's really proud to see such a humble gesture from Akshay as he didn't leave the side of his old colleague in times of need.
With this Akshay has proved that he surely has a generous heart and set another great example of generosity.
