Looks like Alia Bhatt has taken this phrase quiet seriously as these days the actress is spotted carrying her 'pink sipper' everywhere she goes.

Reportedly, she doesn't leave her house without her water sipper. It also has an interesting sentence written on it: "I don't do casual".

Indeed, we all too should try walking on Alia's footsteps and keep sipping water at regular intervals as water is one of the most important content to keep our body hydrated!
