The first installment of Jolly LLB starring Arshad Warsi had fared reasonably well on the box office. As the second installment of the film goes on floors, there is a twist in the tale since the makers have replaced Arshad's role with Akshay Kumar. Arshad had entertained us all in Jolly LLB with his performance but this time he isn't a part of the film.
This seems to have made Arshad feel upset as he had to make an exit from the film. In an interview with a leading daily the actor said, "I feel bad that I am not doing the film. It will be stupid of me to say I don't feel bad. However, that doesn't bother me". (sic)
He also shared about the reason why Akshay was roped for the film this time. He said, "The maker's needed a star and it's as simple as that. The actor went ahead saying that, "With a star in the film life becomes easier. Also the chances of success the money recovery, the promotions, and everything else become a cakewalk. If I direct a film. I will also want a star in it. I won't cast myself so that my life becomes easy. That's how it is-pure business. And that's absolutely fine". (sic)
Arshad is gearing up to entertain us once again with his two upcoming projects 'Aankhen 2' and 'Golmaal 4'.
