New Delhi, Sep 17 (IANS) GoAir, an aviation foray of the Wadia Group, has tied up with International Management Film Festival (IMFF) to organise a festival of management films in Delhi in October - the first such in the country.

The idea behind the collaboration is to explore the art, science and spirit of creativity at work. The festival concept is based on the participatory approach in conceptualising, developing and disseminating films.

Apart from learning theories in vogue today, the IMFF, an international non-profit organisation formed to share knowledge through management films, fulfils the objective of promoting learning through active interaction.

'Our association with the IMFF is to align our customer service promise of providing passengers with value additions to enhance their brand experience with GoAir. With the IMFF tie up, we have take the next step to enhance the brand experience for our passengers by expanding the base from in-flight to on-ground,' said Jeh Wadia, managing director GoAir, in a press release.

As part of the initiative, GoAir will organise various in-flight contests on all its Delhi in-bound flights from Sep 28 onwards. Passengers on these flights will stand to win special invitations to the festival.

The festival, beginning Oct 3, will be held at the Taj Ambassador and the films to be screened there include 'The 5.75 Questions You Have Been Avoiding', 'Creativity - Life At Frontier', 'Halley's Comet', 'Freedom Writers', 'Emmanuels's Gift', 'The Strangest Secret', 'Conversations With God'.
