REVEALED: Why Kajol is annoyed with Karan Johar?

Last May when filmmaker Karan johar turned 44, one of his besties from the industry, forget turning up for the birthday bash, didn't even wish the director. She is none other than Kajol. There have been enough speculations about their friendship turning sour. The reason for this is that Karan has chosen the same release date during Diwali, for the release of his next directorial, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil; as Ajay Devgn has chosen for his directorial venture, 'Shivaay'.

Apparently, Ajay Devgn had set the date for his ambitious project's release for the 28^th of October, way before KJo announced the release date of ADHM. When it came to taking sides Kajol decided to be with her darling husband.

Recently during media interactions, when Karan was asked about the clash, he preferred staying mum on the topic. In fact he has already told that he would give bytes only with Manish Paul, who is the anchor of the dance reality show Karan is judging these days. Seems like the actor is very upset with his descending friendship with Kajol.

With regards to 'Shivaay', where Ajay would be looking into acting and direction, Kajol will be handling the marketing aspect of the film. Earlier when Ajay was asked about this clash he had said, "It's a close knit industry and whatever issues we have with each other we would sort it within ourselves and not harm each other's work. But everyone wants a great release date, so they have the right to choose any date for their film. If I take it personally, it will upset me, but if I look at it from a business point of view, then it's fair enough."

Diwali is a huge weekend for Bollywood, with regards to collection. Let's see who wins this race of numbers.
