Here is why Ranbir Kapoor WON'T throw a house warming party!

Ranbir Kapoor recently moved out of his Carter Road apartment, where he was reportedly living in with his ex-flame Katrina Kaif. Post their break up, he had shifted temporarily to an apartment on Pali Hill, and later moved back with his parents, in his family home, Krishna Raj on Pali Hill itself.

Later when Krishna Raj, went into re-development, Ranbir moved in with his paternal Grand-mother in Chembur. Now we hear the actor has purchased a plush apartment in Bandra for a whopping amount of 35cr. He would be moving in there after Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan finishes the interiors. This apartment is quite close to his parents' home. News is abuzz that Rishi and Neetu Kapoor would soon move in with him as well.

When asked if he would be throwing a house warming party? He replied, "I have had so many houses in the past year, that housewarming ki naubat hi nahi aayi." The actor had shelled out 15cr. for the Carter Road apartment where he was living in Katrina.

We totally get Ranbir's sentiments for not throwing a house-warming party. Let's just hope that this would be Ranbir's permanent and happy abode.
