Shiney Ahuja slams a LEGAL NOTICE on the makers of 'Great Grand Masti'

Shiney Ahuja has been far away from the lime light for a long time now. But, the actor is making headlines today for the legal notice that he has slammed on the makers of 'Great Grand Masti'.

As per reports in a leading daily, Shiney Ahuja has sent a legal notice to Ekta Kapoor, Jeetendra Kapoor, Inder Kumar taking offence to a maid's character in the film being named, 'Shiney.'

A source has been quoted in the report saying, "Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani will try to find some masti with Shiney and there is also a song sequence with the actress."

When Shiney read about this he immediately took action and filed the case. He has demanded the makers to take off all the scenes of 'Shiney the maid' from the film and extend a written apology.

In 2009, Shiney Ahuja was accused of raping his domestic help. Following which he has filed an appeal against his March 2011 conviction that had sentenced him to a seven-year jail term in the rape case. The hearing of his appeal is in progress before the Bombay High Court.
