Karan Singh Grover ringed in his 34th Birthday this Tuesday i.e. on 23^rd of February. To make his big day more special, Karan along with girlfriend Bipasha Basu and their close friend Deanne Panday flew down to Goa to celebrate it in a bigger and better way.

Another reason why Karan was seen in such a relaxed mood might be the actor finally got a divorce from his second wife and TV actress Jennifer Winget earlier this week.

Both Karan and Bipasha shared their cute moments with their fans by posting it on social networking sites.

While Karan as always is seen flaunting his HOT and chiselled body, Bipasha is seen wearing a teal blue coloured bikini.

The couple who are all smiles for the camera look completely relaxed and very much in love.

After spending around three days besides the serene beaches in Goa, Karan and his lady love are on their way back to Mumbai.
