Karisma Kapoor approaches family court for her children's custody

Actress Karisma Kapoor's personal life seems to be in a state of turmoil. Earlier we had reports about the actress's husband Sanjay Kapoor had filed a divorce alleging that she used her children to get money from him. The decision of the case is still pending in court, and the next hearing is said to be on 3^rd March, 2016.

Interestingly, we found a new twist to the story!

If reports are to be believed, Karisma had approached the family court at Bandra along with her lawyer and manager yesterday. Sanjay's lawyer had filed a case for the custody of their children to which Karisma's lawyer Kranti Sathe had now filed litigation in its reply. They even opposed the interim custody of the children to Sanjay.

However, Sanjay was absent at the hearing yesterday and thus, advocate Heer Karamchandani took the charge of the proceedings. What's strange is that, Karisma hasn't yet replied to the divorce filed by Sanjay!
