Priyanka Chopra bags nomination for Shorty Awards

The quintessential actress of Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra seems to be hitting a new high. The actress who recently won the People's Choice Awards in the category of best actress for American TV series 'Quantico', has now bagged a nomination at the Shorty Awards!

The Shorty Awards are for famous personalities or people having huge followers on social media, and with over 12 million followers on social media, she has made herself worthy of being nominated.

According to a report in a daily portal, the actress has been nominated among popular artists like Amandla Stenberg, Cara Delevingne, Elizabeth Banks, Gabourey Sidibe, Kerry Washington, Maisie Williams, Olivia Wilde, Reese Witherspoon, Taraji P. Henson, Uzo Aduba and Zendaya.

With this, it woud be apt to say the actress has definitely created a niche for herself globally!

The actress is presently busy with her upcoming film Jai Gangaajal which will hit theaters on 4^th March, 2016.
