Hrithik Roshan lands in a Legal Soup!

As reported earlier, Hrithik postponed his project 'Thug' that was with Dhoom 3 director Vijay Krishna Acharya, so that he could start shooting for Sanjay Gupta's film which was supposed to star Kareena Kapoor Khan as the leading lady. However, Mrs. Khan denied to be a part of the project.

Hrithik was very excited about his next film, an intense love story directed by 'Jazbaa' director Sanjay Gupta and produced by his father Rakesh Roshan.

As per reports, things seem to have gone downhill for Duggu's untitled next as Sudhanshu Pandey has filed a legal complaint, claiming to be the writer of the script.

According to a source, "First, the script had gone to Ekta Kapoor, but then Gupta met Hrithik and Sudhanshu and Ekta were left out of the picture with the Roshans wanting to produce it. Now Sudhanshu has filed a complaint in IFTPC (Indian Film and TV Producers Council)." [sic]

Sudhanshu, who was close to Sanjay Gupta, claims to having been kept in the dark about the shoot beginning from January. What didn't go down well with the actor-writer was  being credited as associate producer while Rakesh Roshan wanted to solo-produce the film. He is determined to not back down until he gets justice.
