Transformation of 'Paro'!

The award winning director Sudhir Mishra who recently wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming film 'Dasdev', an inverted version of 'Devdas' disclosed that the 'Paro' in his film is going to be quite unexpected.

He was quoted saying , "I have never seen a passive woman in my life. I have known woman who can leave you, who are not dedicated to me and I have never even seen a woman who will allow me to have a control over her. So, that's how I have grown up and that's the reason behind my strong female protagonists. Even in my upcoming film Dasdev, ' Paro' will be seen in an entirely different light unlike she has been portrayed in other versions of original Devdas".

Sudhir is known for portrayal of women in bold characters in his films.

'Dasdev' stars Richa Chaddha, Aditi Rao Hydari and Rahul Bhat, of Ugly fame, in the lead roles.
