Rajkumar Hirani admitted in hospital

Director Rajkumar Hirani was rushed to Lilavati hospital early this morning after he faced severe injuries due to falling off a bike. He suffered a fractured jaw and gash on the chin and will be soon operated upon.

There are no life threatening injuries, says  Dr Jalil Parkar under whom he has been admitted.

One of his employees had purchased a new Royal Enfield Bullet and asked him if he wanted to ride it. Hirani agreed to take a ride. Though he was at a low speed but couldn't manage the weight and fell off.

We wish Rajkumar Hirani a speedy recovery.
