Amitabh Bacchan starts a new trend!

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is one of the most active social birds of B-town. No day goes without our legend posting at least one picture along with a beautiful caption on his various social networking accounts. Be it any day the star makes sure that he shares a memory attached to the picture.

So ahead of the Independence Day of our country the mega star has turned patriotic and started a new online trend #SaluteSelfie. Since this morning, Senior Bachchan is seen posting a series of patriotic posts with beautiful captions.

His posts include paying tribute to the armed forces and also saluting the soldiers for their bravery and sacrifice they do to protect us from all harm and danger. The post read as: #SaluteSelfie ... salute to our brave jawans that keep us safe, with their sacrifice ..

He also shared a few nationalistic lines from his father Harivanshrai Bachcha's poems and captioned it: "We salute our brave Armed Forces #SaluteSelfie ... a small tribute .. a few lines from my Father ..!!

In an age when the social media platform has become the core essential part of the human race, this is one of the best ideas chosen by Big B to spread patriotism ahead of Independence Day.
