Check out who will play Sangeeta Bijlani's role in Azhar!

Azhar, a biopic on former Indian cricket captain Mohammad Azharuddin produced by Ekta Kapoor and stars Emraan Hashmi as Azharuddin has got its female lead.

The makers locked on Nargis to play the role of Sangeet Bijlani (Azhar's Wife) in the film and found that she is perfect for this role in terms of glamour and looks. According to the reports the makers praised Nargis for her acting talent and are happy to have her on board.

In order to get into the skin of the character, Nargis will attend some workshops. For this role, names of actors like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Jacqueline Fernandes, Nimrat Kaur had cropped up. Besides Nargis, there will another actress in the film as well.

The film will portray the journey of Azharuddin's career and his personal life, which have witnessed many ups and downs!
