Birthday Boy gets a Special Visitor

Ruskin Bond, the famous Indian writer with British descent turns 81 today. His contribution to the Indian literature is par excellence. His work has received many acclodes including the Sahitya Academy Award that was presented to him by the Indian Council for Child Education in 1992. As well the Padma Shri in 1999 and Padma Bhushan in 2014.

On his 81st birthday he got a special visitor from our Bollywood industry. Veteran actor Anupam Kher reached the former's doorstep to pour in his wishes.

Anupam Kher as well took to a photo sharing site to share his picture with the legend. He posted his picture with the legendary writer along with a caption that read: Happy Birthday Ruskin Bond.:)

This was indeed a very sweet gesture portrayed by the actor. We wish Ruskin Bond a very Happy Birthday and may he keep enlightening us with his writings in the coming years.
