Aamir Khan's P.K. to release on 19th December, the same weekend as Dhoom 3.

Dhoom 3, released on December 20th last year, while P.K. is releasing on 19th December.

Before Dhoom 3, Aamir used to release all his films on Christmas, but now he has started releasing his films a week prior. Aamir's release marks the festive season and he has been bringing in Christmas earlier by a week so that the festivities can go on longer.

Families can bring in the festive season together with his film. Aamir's films have always been family films. They can be watched by the entire family together, from a small child to the grandparents.

There is a lot of secrecy around the plot of P.K. and anticipation for the film.
