Farhan Akhtar Forays into Marathi Cinema

The versatile actor Farhan Akhtar has always been up to experimenting and trying new things and most recently he has forayed into acting in Marathi films.

Farhan has donned many hats as an actor, singer, scriptwriter, director and producer. There is not a single aspect of film making that he has not explored and now he is all set to enter regional cinema too.

Farhan feels that Marathi cinema is very different from Hindi films and finds it very challenging. He will be making his Marathi debut with the film 'Por Bazaar'. Farhan, who will be seen in a special appearance in the film, was so impressed after reading the script that he instantly gave a nod to the film.

Other actors like Riteish Deshmukh and Salman Khan too have acted in Marathi films.
