It's not my birthday, clarifies Jimmy

Jimmy Shergill received a string of "Happy birthday" messages on social networking site Twitter Tuesday even when it wasn't his special day.

Still, the actor thanked his fans.

"Thanking you all for your birthday wishes, but just wanted to clarify that it's not my birthday today. I was born on the 3rd of December," tweeted Jimmy, 42.

He is awaiting the release of his Punjabi film "Rangeelay", which also stars Neha Dhupia. It releases May 16.
