Tommy Hilfiger excited for New York Fashion Week

International designer Tommy Hilfiger is looking forward to his show at Park Avenue Armory as part of the ongoing New York Fashion Week (NYFW) and says the place has a distinct charm.

"I am excited to be returning to the Park Avenue Armory for Fall 2013. The Armory is an incredible space that allows for a unique atmosphere and exciting backdrops to the collections," the designer said in a statement.

His brand will showcase the Fall 2013 men's and women's collections at NYFW. The men's show will take place Friday, while the women's runway collection will be showcased Sunday.

The design inspiration for women's line is Sartorial Prep, and the men's collection is inspired by .American Sartorialism.

The NYFW began Thursday, and will go on till Feb 14.
