
For a long time now, reports about
Ranveer Singh and
Shahid Kapoor's cold war have been dominating the news. The two actors were said to be at loggerheads during since the time they were roped in by filmmaker
Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his magnum opus film
Padmaavat where the two played pivotal characters.
While Shahid was seen playing Maharawal Ratan Singh, Ranveer played the negative role of Alauddin Khalji and won many awards for the same. Their rivalry continued even post the release of the film.
But now, it seems their long going tiff is no more as the two actors ended it with a warm hug. A video of Ranveer and Shahid from an event in Delhi is making rounds on social media.
The two stars had been to the capital to attend an event and there they were seen getting along with each other quite well, they greeted and hugged each other indicating that everything's well between them now.

Reportedly, Shahid and Ranveer's tiff came out in the public after the former spoke about his equation with Ranveer on a talk show. Shahid had mentioned that he would have preferred some more on-screen equality while working on
Padmaavat.
He also shared that Ranveer's character of Alauddin Khilji overshadowed the rest of the cast in the film.
