Aditya Roy Kapur has to say THIS on rumours of dating Diva Dhawan

Aditya Roy Kapur might be away from the silver screen for a while but speculations surrounding his love life refuse to die down. Rumours have been rife for long that the actor, who is touted to be one of the most eligible bachelors in B-Town, has apparently been dating supermodel Diva Dhawan for quite some time now. For the unversed, it all started when Aditya and Diva were clicked on a date at a popular restaurant in the city and later, Diva's picture of herself kissing a mystery man, added fuel to the fire.

However, during the recent episode of Karan Johar's chat show Koffee with Karan, Aditya finally addressed the reports of him dating Diva and said that they were "completely false". When Karan asked him about his relationship status, he claimed that he's single by saying, "The real truth is that I'm chilling. Chilling like a villain."

Further admitting that he was linked with Diva soon after he went for a dinner with her, Aditya stated, "She's a lovely girl and an old friend of mine. We met at a fashion show many years ago and we're good friends. We went out for dinner one night at this famous restaurant that everyone is going to nowadays, Bastian. So we got papped and stories started. Completely false stories."

It seems Adi is playing the usual 'we are just good friends' game in public, in case of yet another girl that he's dating. For now, we have no option but to believe what he says, right?

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aditya will be seen next in Abhishek Varman's Kalank, which also features Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit in pivotal roles. The film is scheduled for a April 19 release.
