Bollywood debutant Sara Ali Khan has been rousing buzz amongst the audience with a successful and apt performance with her debut film 'Kedarnath'. No sooner the actress made her successful debut, Sara is already geared up for her upcoming action-film 'Simmba'. Besides all the action and drama, another thing that has added to the buzz is the unique pairing of Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan and thanks to the latest romantic song 'Tere Bin' from the film, it has only proved why Sara is the perfect leading lady for Ranveer Singh in Simmba.
Sara had admitted approaching Rohit Shetty for 'Simmba' and Abhishek Kapoor, too, has talked about calling up Rohit Shetty to sign up Sara for 'Simmba'.

However, Sara Ali Khan finally marked her big Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, and soon, we would see Sara romance Ranveer Singh in 'Simmba' but before the release of the film, director Rohit Shetty clears the air around Sara and that he always wanted Kedarnath to be Sara's debut film.
Isn't that surprising?
During a media interaction, Rohit said, "I wanted Kedarnath to come first. When Kedarnath had some problem and we had started shooting, she used to ask me, 'Will you put my name as launching or introducing?' and I would say, that ethically it would be wrong and that credit will be Gattu's (Abhishek Kapoor). I'm very happy Kedarnath came first."
