Police brings Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas' Mumbai party to a close?

After Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's wedding in Italy, the next celebrity in line to tie the knot is none other than our desi girl Priyanka Chopra. The actress is all set to get married to American singer Nick Jonas on December 2 in Jodhpur. However, before that, the couple hosted a pre-wedding dinner on Monday night with just close friends and family members marking their presence.

Seen at the gathering were Nick's elder brother Joe Jonas and his fiance Sophie Turner, apart from Priyanka's cousin Parineeti Chopra and her B-town friends, Alia Bhatt, Srishti Behl Arya and Mushtaq Sheikh. In fact, photos from the intimate party went viral on social media as well.

However, we now hear that Priyanka and Nick's party was interrupted by cops, who arrived at the popular Juhu restaurant Estella to say that they had received complaints from the residents. As per Mumbai Mirror, the fans and paparazzi that had crowded the area to click the couple and their bunch, created a chaos.

The daily quoted an official from the Santacruz Police as saying, "We then intimated the restaurant authorities about the timing guidelines that required them to shut shop by 1.30 am, which they did," further adding that they arrived at the venue at 1:20 am.

Meanwhile, Priyanka and Nick's pre-wedding festivities reportedly slated to begin from November 29.
