Valentine's Day Special: Speculated Couples

Link ups and rumors are a part of Bollywood, almost as much as the 100 Crores films. Tabloids are full of alleged link up rumors of various Bollywood stars, and it always makes us wonder if they hold any truth? Sometimes, these rumors do end up to be true, and the couple in question comes out in the open about their relationship, whilst others fizzle out in due course. This Valentine's Day, BollyCurry brings to its readers the newest of such speculated couples.

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif

First on our list are the much talked about love birds, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. Bollywood's very own Rockstar and Barbie Doll were rumored to have started dating during the shooting schedule of their popular flick Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahaani. Since then, the media has been in a frenzy reporting the various activities and appearances of this alleged couple. Be it secret dinners, joint appearances at socialite parties or covert holidays in exotic locations, the media has been following their every step. While this was extremely cute in its heydays, the current influx of articles on their supposed relationship-break up-patch up or cheeky comments by fellow Bollywood stars about their relationship is only killing the buzz. BollyCurry hopes and wishes that the two of them release an official statement about their speculated relationship once and for all, which will also help to keep the never ending rumors at bay! For now, however, BollyCurry would be happy if the two are spotted bringing in Valentine's Day together!

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone

The most bankable, successful and talented actress of 2013, Deepika Padukone, is rumored to be dating her Goliyon ki Rasleela - Ram Leela co-star, Ranveer Singh. The two of them reportedly met on the sets of the film and very soon, sparks flew between them. Despite the two vehemently denying their relationship and going with the cliched "good friends" tag, their public display of affection at various socialite events and secret vacations in New York don't really support their stance. We, at BollyCurry, hope that the two lovebirds come out in the open about their alleged relationship since its not really a secret anymore; and work together soon enough, cause the two never fail to set the screens afire!

Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor

The popular romantic drama film Aashiqui 2 not only set the cash registers ringing, but brought into limelight two extremely talented and good looking stars, Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor. The movie was an overnight success because of its novel storyline and the sizzling chemistry between the protagonists, but not many know that Kapur and Kapoor allegedly shared the same chemistry off-screen. While the two of them haven't really confirmed anything about their relationship, their multiple public appearances at movie screenings and events only helps to add fuel to the fire. We, at BollyCurry, aren't complaining about this one a bit; and are secretly rooting for this beautiful couple to come out in the open about their relationship!

Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha

They met on the sets of their film R...Rajkumar, and soon after were reported to be sharing a rather special equation with one another. Yes, we're talking about none other than chocolate boy Shahid Kapoor and the voluptuous Sonakshi Sinha. Their camaraderie at various promotional events did not go unnoticed, and their comfort and bonding with each other on the sets of popular celebrity talk show Koffee With Karan only served to fuel everyone's imaginations. Once again, the two are going with the overused and cliched "We're just good friends" tag, but their actions don't really support their claim. Nevertheless, BollyCurry hopes that third time's lucky for Kapoor, and he has actually found true love with the gorgeous and talented Sinha.

Arjun Kapoor - Alia Bhatt - Varun Dhawan

The article till now has only focused on alleged couples, but this speculation is sure to add some spice! Everyone is aware of the wonderful camaraderie shared between the Student of the Year stars, but not many are aware that while Rohan and Shanaya didn't really end up together in the film, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are definitely rumored to share a rather special bond off-screen! But since their life is like a Bollywood film, there's got to be a twist! And this twist is in the form of Bhatt's Two States's co-star, the sexy Arjun Kapoor. Yep, you heard it right! The two of them are rumored to be getting quite close during the shooting of their upcoming film, and this triangle surely adds fodder to the never ending stream of news about them! While none of the three are particularly vocal about their personal life and all of them have laughed at speculations of their possible love-triangle, their multiple appearances at various events and screenings only increases everyone's confusion. Who is dating whom? Are they even dating, or this another publicity gimmick for the actors' upcoming flicks? BollyCurry really wants a firm and solid confirmation about this triangle to avoid any more confusion!

While we have only focused on some of the most popular speculated relationships in Bollywood, there are many other couples who are evading the question and going with the "good friends tag"; such as Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, Anurag Kashyap and Huma Qureshi, Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukerjee, and many others. Here's hoping that all these couples just put an end to the never ending speculations, and just come out with solid proof about their relationship!
