Its all about family for Neil Nitin Mukesh

Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh who lives in South Mumbai has to commute many hours on most days for his shooting locations located in western suburbs. He is so close to his family that he says he will never be able to live without them.. His father singer Nitin Mukesh has even suggested him to shift closer to work, but Neil refuses to live away from home.

"When he is shooting in the city, Neil spends at least three hours on an average commuting from one end of the city to the other. For a while, he did get a place close to Andheri when he was shooting for a movie a few years back. But within a few days of setting up home, he got lonely and homesick. He decided to move right back in with his parents. That was the one and only attempt that he made to live by himself." said an insider

The place he is currently living in holds sentimental value as it is the same house he has grown up in. He has categorically said that either the whole family shifts or he stays put.
