Hailing from Delhi, Prashita Chaudhary has had a long
association with the Indian film industry. A young entrepreneur, she completed
her schooling at the prestigious Sophia
Girls School,
following which she pursued a production diploma from London. "I've always been associated with
Indian movies, be it with friends in the industry or through
productions. Following my production course, I was helping my younger brother
set his production firm and then slowly gravitated towards wanting to carve my
own. That's how the journey began," she says.
Besides the international
projects, Prashita is also associated with films like AKFPL/Sikhya
Entertainment's 'Peddlers', directed by Vasan Bala, which was selected for the
2012 Cannes Film Festival, and the yet-to-release 'Haramkhor' by Shlok Sharma.
"I believe cinema to be a barrier breaking medium," says the beautiful
lady. "If you look
at the projects that I am associated with you will realize that they are
commercially sound and quality films of stories that need to be told. I am
fortunate to be working with some of the best in the industry and look forward
to partnering with like minded individuals
who believe in the power of cinema."
