"I feel glad that people have appreciated me for my role in the movie. It was fun when many senior people from the industries (television and Hindi film) called my mother and praised her for my work. It gave me a lots of satisfaction," the "Naamkarann" actor said in a statement.
"Getting appreciated in the world of challenges is not easy. Our industry is full of talent and when your son earns a good name and success, a mother can't wish for anything more than that," she said.
