No matter what other peoples say but i liked the movie both shahid and sonam has done a great job,i loved both of them.shahid is too good he portrayed his character very well and sonam too not only she looked beautiful but also acted very well.i had a great time watching this movie.i wish this movie comes up as a big hit of the year.

you know all these people are just mad they just dont undersatand true lovee stories and how good mausam is is shown by that it collected 9 crores on the first day

A Beautiful Era of a Different Love Story - Mausam
Loved Shahid all the way... awesome actor & in the rugged look he looked just Classic! Sonam is very beautiful & fitted her character's beautifully. One actress in todays world who fits the simple kashmiri girl look & then the classy scotland girl look beautifully!
Admit end was a bit filmy.. but in my understanding the end was a message and a beautiful culmination of the entire movie...
Lets all be one and make ONE world of our own!
Guys if you want to watch a different movie with some substance in it, then go for it! If you want just entertainment then...
But for me A Beautiful Movie & Shahid/Sonam make it even more Beautiful!

I just saw the movie...
The movie is fine. Shahid was superb. Luv shahid specially in first part.
I kept on watching Shahid in whole movie.
Whenever Shahid n sonam r together, they r so good together specialy when song aaj jane ki zid na karo was played as a background score in Scotland, also there chit chat on paper in begining when they write there name on paper.
Climax of movie was not good n movie was bit long.
Watch this movie only for shahid kapoor.
I m in luv with shahid kapoor but end of the movie specially sequence with horse n that kid is bit disappointing n very filmy. Whole film is romance n end is drama. I wish it ended with romamce rather than this all crap.2011-09-24 10:22:16

I don't really cares for others views coz every1 is entitled for their own and for me MAUSAM is one of the best and most beautiful movie of the year. It has some flaws which every movie has and people just ignores so we can ignore here as well, movie deals with one of sensitive topics in very beautiful way though transitions are not really smooth which puts off and Scotland part bored me bit but movie picked up after interval.
Shahid nailed it, best performance by him so far
Songs and shots fits so aptly with the situations
all in all a paisa vasool movie and a worth watching movie for all those who believe in relations and understand hurt and pain of others

agree and disagree on "zoya-shah's" comment. dabang wasn't a bad movie at all. but u can point out movies like ready. but dabang had a very strong story line something which ppl haven't seen before..so it was unique in it's own way. but yes ur right..while ppl are habituated of seeing the same type of movies there is no room for innovative and fresh ideas. I wish the old bollywood comes back where there was a storyline, good music and substance, mesg . i.e.late 80s and 90s. Bollywood is progressing but to where?? they want to become hollywood i think..haha..neverthless i am sure mausam is worth watch movie.

Some ppl love to live in world of fantasy Love stories, so they'll definatly like this, but,
those who watch movies for entertainment, will surely take it as a bore time wasting thing.
to those who are abusing Dabang and body guard,
let me tell you guys, dn't dare to abuse those, you all know how much ppl love those two movies, so if Musaam is not working then why you guys are taking out your frustration by abusing those films,
those were too good, for those who love entertaining films,
those were not for those ppl who are fantasy world lover.
So control on your language.
