Welcome to another take of Music 'N' Masti as we wave goodbye to the old tracks and showcase the hottest new songs in B-Town this week!

10. Bin Tere (Reprise)

Film:  I hate Luv Storys
Singer(s): Shekhar Ravjiani
Music:  Vishal Shekhar
Bin Tere
(reprise) replaces its original track in our list this time - because it deserves to not go unnoticed. Vishal - Shekhar touch just the right melancholic chords!

9. Tum Chain Ho
Film: Milenge Milenge
Singer(s):  Sonu Nigam, Alka Yagnik, Suzzanne D'Mello
Music:  Himesh Rashammiya
Tum Chain Ho  is where Himesh goes right even when the movie on the whole fails miserably. The singing trio executes its parts well, even though the track lacks in places which keep it from going closer to top of the charts.

8. Bheegi Si Bhaagi se

Film: Raajneeti
Singer(s):  Mohit Chauhan, Antara Mitra
Music: Pritam
Pritam with his nth winner maintains a spot in the top ten with Bheegi Si Bhaagi Si. This melodious tune is unexpectedly romantic in a movie revolving around dirty politics and gory secrets. Mohit and Antara's pair is magical.

7.  Sajde

Film: Khatta Meetha
Singer(s):  KK, Sunidhi Chauhan
Music:  Pritam
Sajde from the film Khatta Meetha is very fresh and has beautiful lyrics. Impressive in music, we hope Akki's movie can finally get things right at BO.

6. Aila Re Aila

Film: Khatta Meetha
Singer(s):  Daler Mehndi, Kalpana Patowary
Music:  Pritam
A second from this film, because this one is unavoidable for the youth! Catchy and quick to become addictive, this one is!

5. Suno Aisha

Film:  Aisha
Singer(s):  Amit Trivedi, Ash King
Music:  Amit Trivedi
Suno Aisha, the title track, comes middle of the chart. Amt Trivedi employs everything right - unconventional instruments, chorus humming, and excellent vocals!

4. Gal Mitthi Mitthi Bol

Film: Aisha
Singer(s): Tochi
Music: Amit Trivedi
The new entry to this week's chartbusters is Gal Mitthi Mitthi Bol. A complete Punjabi package which is bound to become the new wedding fad of the season!

3. Ranjha Ranjha

Film:  Raavan
Singer(s):  Rekha Bhardwaj, Javed Ali, Anuradha Sriram
Music:  A R Rahman
Ranjha Ranjha, unlike the movie itself refuses to budge from its reigning spot. This folksy based song, has very energetic lyrics and background tune.

2 .Madno

Film: Lamhaa
Singer(s):  Chinmaye, Kshitij Tarey
Music:  Mithoon
Madhno is a beautiful melody, deservedly at #2. The song has very soothing tune in the background and the lyrics are situation suited as ever. It shall, we say, leave you enchanted!

1. Pee Loon

Film:  Once upon a time in Mumbai
Singer(s):  Mohit Chauhan
Music:  Pritam
Amazing track with beautiful lyrics, this song stays on with the listener. The background score is very unique and the Mohit - Pritam combination succeeds yet again.
