It's Tuesday and the Monday blues haven't gone away for you yet? Well, then maybe you should do a movie marathon and watch these 7 movies that will give you major travel goals. Beating the stress, breaking free of all the shackles of our problems in life to enjoy the beauty of places around the country and the world, these movies will make it all better!

1.       Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge

Yes, this particular cult movie of Yash Chopra can be featured in almost all kinds of articles in various ways and it has nicely found its way here as well. And why shouldn't it? This was the first movie that made us feel back then to enjoy the mountains of Switzerland and the long stretches of the infamous 'Sarson ke khet' in Punjab, where "badi badi sheheron mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai" and romance can be as simple as running across the khet and hugging your lover!

2.       Dil Chahta Hai

Goa has always been the go-to place whenever we feel like partying and the movie that gives us that feeling is of course 'Dil Chahta Hai'. The serene beach, crazy party scenes and lots of fun, this movie has given us more than just travel goals.

3.       Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara

Zoya Akhtar is the queen of giving her viewers the best way to celebrate love, friendship and relationships through travel. And no other film can show us that better than this. Celebrating being bachelors with friends and exploring new places, learning from there, meeting new people and letting go off all your fears, this movie has given us exactly that. Travelling to Spain just like the characters did became a big feature on our bucket lists! So travel a lot, because Zindagi definitely not Milegi Dobara!

4.       Highway

The Imtiaz Ali movies spoke about serious issues but it also showed us how any trip good, bad or by mistake, can make us learn so much from it. It's all about your perception. The movie itself made us realise such wonderful things and there is a little part of Alia Bhatt's character in all of us!

5.       Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani

When we talk about travel movies, can we forget this movie? Not at all, because it gave us major goals not only travel related but friendships as well! We all wanted to become photo - journalists like Ranbir Kapoor, a destination wedding like Kalki Koechlin's in Rajasthan, and a trip to Manali! Because "22 tak padhai, 25 pe naukri, 26 pe chokri, 30 pe bachche, 60 pe retirement ... aur phir maut ka intezaar ... dhat aaisi ghisi piti life thodi jeena chahta hoon" nobody wants this!

6.       Queen

All the girls after watching this movie have definitely wanted to go for a solo trip to the city of love 'Paris' or for that matter anywhere! The inspiration to be happy, independent and a woman of dignity with no barrier in her life as to how she wants to live it, this movie gave it all for us. Don't you agree?

7.       Tamasha

This film may not have necessarily done too well in the box office and got all types of response, but meeting a stranger in Corsica, falling for him/her and that summer love emotion, we all have thought of it at least once! Won't it be fun to enjoy such a trip?

Life will always have its boundaries which have been created by the society, our work and mostly by us. But at times, breaking through it and living each moment happily with complete satisfaction, that's what makes it all great. So go out, enjoy, travel far and beyond, don't let anything stop you!
