It's that time of the year again, when laziness to do anything is at its peak. When all the fashionable and uncomfortable clothes are thrown in the back of the wardrobe; anything and everything that is warm and furry is donned by us. It's time for the season when we like to cover each and every part of our body to ward off the cold! Yes, winter has touched us with its snowy hands. But we, at BollyCurry, like to look at the glass like it's half full.

Winter means snuggling in a warm blanket with a steamy cup of hot coffee. Winter means holding the hand of a special person and staying close to them to have the warmth of share the warmth that's in your heart. Oh yes, winter means love. And it has been a tradition of Bollywood to use the backdrop of snowy mountains and chilling wind to bring out the best of the warmest feeling in the world, love.

But love in snow has its various shades as well. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge showed Shahrukh Khan and Kajol crooning the flirtatious "Zara Sa Jhoom Loon Main" with breathtaking Switzerland in the backdrop. Then on the other hand, we have the mesmerizing "Mere Haath Mein" from Fanaawhich showcases Aamir Khan and Kajol on a boat moving over clear blue water with the gorgeous winter in the background, declaring their eternal love to each other.

And in the classics, we have Amitabh Bachchan poetically singing the mature side of love in Yash Chopra's Kabhi Kabhi. The beauty of the words and the beauty of Kashmir were sewn together in such a captivating way that it is still remembered as one of the best romantic songs. And who can ever forget Shah Rukh Khan's dream song sequence in his unforgettable movie Darr? His lady love, Juhi Chawla, is in front of him when he is making sure that it's not all a dream in the song "Tu Mere Saamne". Yes, intentions of the character were purely psychotic in the movie but if one thinks of it, isn't it a wish of everyone in love to be loved boundlessly?

The chilly winds of winter bring out the heart racing feelings of love because we get the chance of being close to the ones we love. So, this winter, take the time to be with that special person who has the power to make you feel warm with just one look. Welcome the first winter of 2013 by giving in to your romantic feelings which you harbor for that one person. Take a chance, fall in love and if already in love, listen to wonderful romantic snowy songs of Bollywood which suit the mood and temperament of your love. We, at BollyCurry, are always all for love. And love in snow is, definitely, the most unparalleled kind of love.
