Even as ardent and highly in anticipation fans rejoice the
release of the Ranbir-Nargis starrer Rockstar
at BO this Friday, the movie makers behind the scene face some newly cropped
trouble.
A group of in-exile Tibetans have evidently raised offense over a particular
scene in the movie that is using the 'Free Tibetans' flag in the background.
The said scene can see Ranbir performing in the panoramic hills of Mcleodganj,
which being the seat of this in-exile Tibetan government, makes the presence of
the flag merely a realistic prop than anything else. The said group of
protesters however, raise their argument claiming the presence of their flag in
the scene to be influenced by New Delhi's political manoeuvres in their recent
agenda to befriend Beijing.
The story of a rich 'rockstar' who doesn't believe in love, but deliberately
indulges in it to test the premise of love enhancing the soul of his music, Rockstar releasing today, November 11th,
is hoped to make it large commercially and critically!
