Priyanka takes over for Katrina

Milap Zaveri was forced to drop his star studded plans for his upcoming debut movie, Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai.


The director had earlier announced his intentions to rope in several biggies such as Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Vidya Balan and Anushka Sharma for a couple of shots in his romantic fantasy - an alien love story.  The cameos were to take place around Riteish Deshmukh and Ruslaan Mumtaz who play an assistant director and a superstar respectively.


However, delays with shoots meant that the director had to get the final cut in for Censors on Friday, while the actresses - Kat, Deepika, Vidya and Anushka - could not commit to the necessary dates in time despite being interested in the project. On the other hand Priyanka Chopra, fresh from her Anjaana Anjaani shoots in the US, was able to step in for a guest appearance. With one thing leading to another, the replacements were inevitable.


Piggy Chops will be seen with stars like Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Farah Khan, Sajid Khan, Boman Irani and Amrita Rao in this 'alien love story'.  Meanwhile the girls - Katrina, Deepika, Vidya and Anushka - have been supportive about the entire issue, and have assured Milap that they will definitely be there for the premiere.


Releasing on the 9th of April, the movie stars Jacqueline Fernandez as the beautiful alien whilst Deshmukh will step up to play the loser-in-love.
