The Chandni of B-Town makes a comeback!

Yesteryear superstar Sridevi Kapoor is making her long-awaited comeback in Bollywood after 15 years with Gauri Shinde's upcoming comedy film, English Vinglish. The impressive cast also includes Amitabh Bachchan, Mehdi Nebou, Adil Hussain, and Priya Anand. The movie is set to release on October 5, 2012.

Sridevi has made an indelible mark in Bollywood with superhit films like Mr. India (1987), Chandni (1989), Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja (1993), and Judaai (1997). The ease with which she handles both dramatic and comedic roles, along with her superb dancing skills, have helped her earn quite a list of the industry's most prestigious awards.

This time, Sridevi portrays the character of a woman who struggles to speak English, and the comedy of errors ensues from her endeavor to learn the language.
