Rohan Mehra- Kate Sharma's New Song that's all set to release on October 31, 2018, has already fallen in a legal soup even before it's release. The song has been stolen from him and that the song originally belongs to him.

Recently, Kate and Rohan had shared the first posted of the song on their Instagram handles. While Rohan deleted the picture today, Kate hasn't pulled it down yet.

When contacted the original maker of the song, Danish he revealed, "I have made that song, I have all the rights over the music as well as the lyrics. This singer called Keshav, he gave my song to a third party named Voil! Digi which is a sister company of Venus. So he gave my song to them and they created a video on it starring television actor Rohan Mehra and Kate Sharma and they are launching the song on October 31st.

They have even released the poster of the Music video with names of my music director and my music composer without even informing them. The poster contains the names of my team without even an agreement. They have stolen my song basically. It's an act of Section 420 of IPC.

I have all the rights of all of it. I had spoken to T-series to release my video but however it wasn't finalized as to who will release the song as we are still in talks with more three- fours companies and amidst all this, these people did this fraud and we were completely unaware of it.

I got to know about it on October 23rd and I immediately filed a case for that and we have taken stay orders from them. Venus is launching the song on Gaana.com on October 31st.

Keshav, who is the singer, did this whole fraud. He made fake documents and pitched it to Venus and said that he owns the rights of the song and these people even made the video of the song with Rohan and Kate."
