Instead of Bigg Boss, Karan Johar's mom watches reality on Nanny Cam

Karan Johar is trying his hands at parenting and he seems to be donning his new role. With the twins Yash and Roohi, Karan is a hands on dad and he does everything a dad does to make sure his kids are safe and happy. In a recent interview with DNA, Karan revealed a few deets about his parenting style and well, we were amused to see that he too is doing all the same things.

He and his mom Hiroo Johar take care of the kids and with his work, it becomes a must for his mom to take the crown of being a mother to Yash and Roohi. Karan revealed,"My mom is a mother-cum-grandparent-cum-obsessive-grandparent (laughs). She's in their nursery 24x7. It's come to a point that she's become their official nanny or nurse. She's a helicopter grandma and she does everything amazingly. I'm the supervisor who gets all the information on them."

Talking about his mon's love for TV, Karan said,:"Every hour, I get an update, which can be a video or pictures of the two kids. When she's not around and I'm there, I have to keep her posted. We both have nanny cams attached to our phones. In fact, my mother has stopped watching Bigg Boss and now is watching our own reality show in my children's nursery. So yes, Bigg Boss has been officially replaced by the nanny cam in my house."

Karan is caught up these days with his directorial. He is directing a movie after a long break of 4 years and this period drama is a perfect choice to make a comeback. He is also back on TV with his signature show, Koffee with Karan and as a judge on India's Got Talent.
