Bombay High Court's final VERDICT on Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia Case

Back in 2014, Preity Zinta had accused her former boyfriend Ness Wadia of molestation and threatening her during an IPL match. The actress had also filed a charge sheet against her ex-boyfriend, moreover, the Bombay High Court on Monday suggested both, Preity and Ness to finish off the case.

The petition was heard by justice Ranjit More and Bharti Dangre.However, Preity's lawyer told the Bombay HC that if Ness offers an apology to the actress, she would settle the matter but she does not insist on a written apology from Ness. Further on, Wadia's lawyer Abad Pondamentioned that Ness is not ready to apologize.

According to the reports from PTI, Abad said "We want to bury the hatchet, but my client (Ness Wadia) is not ready to apologize. The complainant (Preity Zinta) wants to extract an apology and get media attention."To this, justice More replied: "Just finish it off now."

The actress had lodgeda complaint against Ness Wadia, which stated she was abused, molestedand Wadia had grabbed her arm by force which resulted in 'bruise-like' marks on her right arm. She had also mentioned that a team's staff member was abused by Ness over ticket distribution during the match. The actress also claimed that she was abused for the third time on the ground during a match in front of the team members.
