After Raveena Tandon had adopted a leopard, from Sanjay Gandhi National Park, during an interview with Mid-Day she revealed that her kids, Rasha and Ranbhirvardhan raised the money for the good cause.

During an interview, she revealed that "My children got the money from their piggy bank savings. Where they fell short, we chipped in. They are animal lovers. My daughter helps me take care of the animals that I rescue. In fact, she has rescued two kittens and a dog from the streets too."

The actress is also a Brand ambassador for Sanjay Gandhi National Park. She also mentioned that the leopard was adopted for 1.2 Lakh. Amidst the good cause for conservation and saving the bio-diversity, all the lions and leopards in the park are being adopted on a regular basis and would be maintained by their caretakers. The rescue center of SNGP had permitted such adoptions due to rising maintenance cost.

The actress celebrated her children's zealous act towards the environment and biodiversity. Further, she added, "My children can make the younger generation aware of their duties towards helpless animals."
