Singer Balabhaskar's daughter dies in car accident,couple critical

Popular Singer-violinist Balabhaskar Chandran and his family met with a car accident today early morning at Pallipuram near Thiruvananthapuram. 

 Balabhaskar's family were on the way back from Thrissur where they had gone to visit the famous Vadakkum Nathan Temple. 

As per the latest updates from the scene, Balabhaskar is critically injured, while his two-year-old daughter Tejaswi Bala lost her life. 

 The driver of the car also suffered multiple injuries and is also admitted to the hospital. The information also suggests that Balabhaskar was sitting in the front along with his daughter next to the driver.

"As per preliminary information, the primary cause of the accident is touted to be the driver dozing off. The family was returning from Thrissur after visiting a temple," said the Police, as quoted by International Business Times.

As the driver Arjun accidentally slept for a while, the car hit a tree nearby. Soon, highway police were alerted, who then immediately rushed to the scene. 

Even though the victims were soon transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately their two-year-old doctor could not be saved.

More details regarding the duo's health condition are expected to be briefed by the doctors soon. We hope for their speedy recovery.

The singer is a quite well-known musician and is popular for his stage performances. He began his music career at the young age of 12 and was the youngest music composer to have worked in the Malayalam film industry, with the soundtrack for the movie Mangalya Pallak. The musician is well known for his work with fusion music in the South.
