Neha- Angad SPEAK UP for the FIRST time about Embracing Parenthood

Recently, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi surprised everyone when they broke the news of expecting their first baby. The couple announced the news by sharing some beautiful pictures from their pregnancy photo-shoot.

Neha- Angad tied the knot in May this year and on August 24, 2018, the two broke the news that they are soon going to welcome a new member in their family.

Post the announcement, the duo walked the ramp at the Lakme Fashion Week and Neha looked ethereal while flaunting her baby bump at the ramp.

Speaking for the first time about embracing parenthood, during the media interactions at the event, Neha and Angad spoke their heart out.

"It's amazing. I feel blessed that I am the chosen one actually giving life", said Neha.

When she was further probed if she is taking a break from her work? Neha revealed, "A lot of people think that when you are in a situation, especially the one I'm in, there are lots of people who work and caution around you and it is wonderful to see that love and care. I represent a certain section of women who believe in working."

As known to all, Kareena Kapoor Khan had set various trends when it came to pregnancy clothing. So is Neha going to set any trend, the actress said, "It has never been my intention to set a trend or be a part of one. The intention is to get up and continue your life and do things like nothing ever happened."

Sharing about his new journey as a father, Angad Bedi too expressed his joy and said, "There are many firsts this year. We got married and now we are having a baby. It is a very enriching experience for me to be married to such a strong girl. I feel the credit should not be given to her. It should be given to her mother who has raised her and she talks about her very highly."

He added, "Her father has been an officer and her mother is an extremely hard working woman. All the good ingredients she has imbibed from them. I am proud of her. The confidence she has is very appealing. Not just to walk the ramp but to come out and speak about the situation is very positive."
