Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra who is a fitness freak and has been following everything that she preaches, has some very inspiring words for singer Demi Lovato who recently announced to the world that she will be going to a rehabilitation center to quit her drugs addiction.

Demi decided to take the road to recovery and quit her addiction to drugs and march back healthy and fit.

Sherlyn is a fitness freak, follows a healthy lifestyle and has been urging everyone to eat healthy and stay fit. The actress recently poured her heart out for Demi and shared a very beautiful message for her.

Expressing her support towards Demi, Sherlyn says: "If I were her friend I would tell her she has it in her to rise above her situation and her circumstances. Now, we may not know the demons she is fighting with. She may have had a failed relationship or a series of rejection before having made it big in the showbiz. So what her demons are, we may not know but can she rise above her demons, yes she can.

If I were her friend, I would have really met her, held her hand and have said to her 'Listen Demi You are much much stronger than you think you are. So rise above the situations and drugs are nothing, they have no power over you. You have the power. Drugs have no intentions, you have intentions. So intend to quit drugs and intend to succeed.

Someday I would like to meet her and let her know that she do not take drugs to feel good about herself. She is a very good singer, she looks great and she has my best wishes."
