For a long time now, fans were waiting for Mira Rajput Kapoor to make her acting debut soon and much to the delight of everyone, Mira stepped into acting by starring in a commercial. Little did she know that she will be targeted by them and trolled as well.

It so happened that Mira had featured in an anti-aging commercial and later was questioned by people who slammed her for endorsing an anti-aging cream while she is just 24 years old. This certainly didn't go down well with the audience and many of them started criticising her.

Now, in a recent interview to Times Now, Mira Rajput Kapoor was asked to comment on the flak that she has been receiving for her recent advertisement. Reacting to the same, she stated, "The internet is one platform that is accessible to everyone. People can say what they feel and it gives everyone the right to express themselves the way they want and to what extent they feel like. So, there will be opinions. It's not that everyone is going to love you. I have always spoken for myself and I have never shied away from expressing what I truly feel".

"It's not something new for me. Nowadays, people receive backlash for whatever they do or say. It is the way the internet is. At some level, it is a bit sad", she further added. A dignified reply, indeed!

In the same interview, she further spoke about the initial nervousness she had before filming for this commercial. Sharing the experience, she said, "I won't lie, I was very nervous because doing an ad was completely out of my comfort zone. But I think what put me at ease was the nature of the ad, which was very conversational with real experiences. It was something I have already been through. I felt that I was just talking about something that I have gone through myself and from my own point of view. The natural synergy put me at ease".

Recently, Mira's brother-in-law Ishaan Khattar also spoke up for his Bhabhi and addressed these trollers. He said, "There is a lot of frustration. There are a lot of people who are overtly judgemental on the internet. But having said that everyone has a right to an opinion. For me, what's important is to be inspired and keep moving to grow as an artist and as a person. I don't find negativity helpful in that. So I try and keep myself away from it".
