Ranveer Singh gets a BIG SURPRISE on his 33rd Birthday!

Yesterday, the ace actor and super energetic human Ranveer Singh turned 33. Birthday wishes poured in for the actor from his fans and of course the film fraternity. Singh who is currently in Hyderabad where he is shooting for his upcoming film 'Simmba' received a big surprise from his team.

According to reports, it was a usual day for Ranveer Singh and he was called for a midnight shoot on Thursday night. Later when he walked out of his vanity van, he received the best surprise of his life. A report in Mumbai Mirror revealed, "Five hundred members of the unit and innumerable fans had gathered on the set to celebrate his birthday. They broke into the birthday song and wished the actor with his favourite custom-made Nutella cake".

A source from the set further informed the daily, "Ranveer was called on set to give a shot. As he walked out of his vanity van, he realised that the entire crew was present to celebrate his birthday. He was overwhelmed!"

The source also revealed how director Rohit Shetty insisted that Ranveer's personal chef make his favourite Nutella cake as well.

Wasn't this a big and a sweet surprise for Singh? It surely was!

Before this, the actor received an early birthday present from Director Rohit Shetty. The gift was nothing but an expensive and luxury wristwatch. He posted, "Ecstatic!!! An early birthday present from The Boss! Quite easily the sexiest watch I've ever had! Thank you Sir!  #whataguy @itsrohitshetty"
