Sanjay Dutt misses dad Sunil Dutt TERRIBLY; shares an EMOTIONAL post

Sanjay Dutt is known to be very close to his parents Sunil Dutt and Nargis. While he lost his mother Nargis due to cancer right before the launch of his debut film, his dad Sunil Dutt was his only support.

On his father's 13^th death anniversary, son Sanjay Dutt got all emotional and shared a monochrome picture with him. The caption that he gave along with this picture was truly heart-warming. He shared, "Wish you could see me as a free man.

Recently, the actor spoke about his father and expressed, "My father raised us as normal children. I was sent to a boarding school. I went through the grind. I am the same way with my kids. I try to teach them values. Respect for elders is necessary. You need to respect and value life. I just pray that my son doesn't turn out to be like me. Because what my dad went through with me, I don't want to go through with my child".

A biopic on Sanjay Dutt's life is directed by Rajkumar Hirani where Ranbir Kapoor will portray the character of Sanjay. The film's trailer which is much-talked-about is slated to release on 30^th May.

The teaser of the film has garnered immense appreciation for the apt portrayal of Sanjay Dutt's life. While Ranbir Kapoor is being showered with praises for his amazing transformation into each phase of Sanjay Dutt's life, Rajkumar Hirani is hailed for his realistic portrayal.

About Ranbir's performance, Sanjay had expressed, "Only he can do justice to a film like this. [Also] I feel he slightly has got the same nose as mine".

Written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film also stars an ensemble cast in addition to Ranbir Kapoor which includes Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Sonam Kapoor and Dia Mirza amongst others.
