A 15-year-old girl leaves her home in Bhopal to meet Salman Khan

Fans of the celebrities often take some major steps to reach out to them which at times seems crazy whereas, other times it seems weird.

A fan of Salman Khan from Bhopal ran away from her home and came to Mumbai to meet the superstar. The 15-year-old girl also tried to climb the wall of Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartment to meet him. However, she was stopped by the security guard on Tuesday.

As reported by a leading daily, the girl, who is currently in ninth standard, resides in Bhopal's Berasia area. When she climbed the wall and was caught by the security guards, they took her to Bandra police station. When the preliminary inquiry was done, she was taken to Dongri children home.

The police informed that on Monday, her parents had registered a case under section 363 (kidnapping) of the Indian Penal Code with Berasia police.

"The girl had left her house on Sunday evening and she arrived in the city on Tuesday morning. We believe that the girl instantly caught the long distance train and came to Mumbai," said an officer.

The officer added, "The girl initially tried entering the building premises from the gate but she was stopped by the security guards. The girl said it was her dream to meet Salman Khan and requested them to allow her to meet him. The guards didn't allow her to enter claiming that he wasn't at home so she decided to climb the wall and meet the star."

"During the inquiry, she said she was from Berasia, so we called and informed the local police about the girl as even they were on the lookout for the girl. We managed to get her parents' contact number, and informed them as well," concluded the officer.
