'Ghoomar' is the first song that the film "Padmaavat" started with and it is the very first song that the makers released it after releasing the trailer of the film.

The magnum opus of Sanjay Leela Bhansali has had never-ending problems from the start of its film. It was last year between October - November that the makers released the first song 'Ghoomar'. Not only on the day the song was launched people kept talking about it but, even after few months, Deepika continued getting a positive response for her graceful dance and Marwari moves. While the original song when it was launched where Padukone was seen in a traditional attire her midriff wasn't covered.

But, the new song that has been launched recently is one of the five modifications in the film that the makers had to change due to the pressure of Karni Sena and their numerous threats.

In the new version, Deepika Padukone's midriff has been covered through special effects. Following which, the makers covered the actor's midriff via CGI.

The members of Karni Sena, as well as the erstwhile royal family members of Jaipur, had raised objections to the queen depicted in the said fashion.

"The CBFC's Examining Committee asked the film's producers the director was not present during the censor screening to remove the shots where her stomach was visible. However, such editing would have disturbed the smooth choreographic flow of the elegant dance number. The director preferred to conceal Deepika's belly through computer graphics," a source present at the film's screening had earlier told The Quint.

And in the new version of "Ghoomar", the song indeed shows Deepika completely covered in the traditional attire.

All we hope is that the views are able to watch the film that they have been waiting for all these months. As now, that "Padman" has been pushed ahead by Akshay Kumar and that the film has fortunately got a solo release we wish the makers all the luck and hope that the no more ruckus is spread around for the fans. "Padmaavat" is set to release on January 25, 2018.

Let us know what do you have to say about the modification in the new version of 'Ghoomar'.
