Do you know, Tabu never wanted to be an ACTRESS?

When we asked Tabu how would she define her journey both personally and professionally she said, "It's been a very challenging journey as we (Tabu and her sister Farah Naaz) were very unfamiliar from this film industry when we had started our career in Bollywood. We were so much unaware about the things that used to go on from how people meet and greet, to the relationships and did the cinema work. It was a very different world from where we had come and I accidentally entered into acting while I didn't even had any passion. People really convinced me to do one film and then I should be continuing with my studies. I wasn't really passionate about it and neither I wanted to get into it but, I started the journey only because of these conditions. Me and my sister are the first generation actors due to which it was very challenging and every first generation actors are going to face it. Even if it has been difficult, it has been exciting and encouraging too. I have learned many things from my experiences." 

Talking about the thing she enjoyed the most in her journey till now she said, "The thing that I have really enjoyed in this journey is travel. I always wanted to travel and explore the world. I wanted to become an air hostess so that I could travel. I had applied and had also received the job in an International airline due to my height but somehow, I started into acting. But, God made my travel dreams true through this field so I am very happy. I have also met some fantastic people along my journey. They have helped me a lot to grow. But, I don't want my journey to be restricted only till films and cinema because I cannot take it when people tell me, "Aur kya karogi film wale yehi karte hai. Yehi karte rehna padega iske alawa kya kar paogi." (What else will you be able to do as filmstars end up acting in films only). 

Just as, in earlier days she had a travel bug in her we must say she still has it. She further shares, "America is like my second home. My family also stays there and I visit the place every year to spent time with my family. I feel very comfortable over there. Apart from America, I liked Egypt and Morocco but, there are so many countries and there are so many countries left to be explored."

She further also stated that more than adventurous trip she likes to enjoy the nature. "I do not keep such adventurous options in my mind neither I feel like doing it. I just go sit near the window and enjoy this, as for me the world is too big and I hope that I can explore the world quickly," she said further.  nature." In short, she meant just a luxurious life!
