Filmmaker Dinesh Tiwari makes SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS on Sunny Leone

Filmmaker Dinesh Tiwari has made accusations against actress Sunny Leone for leaving his film 'Dangerous Husn' mid-way. He has alleged that the actress' behavior has led him to suffer mentally and also incurred financial losses. The matter seems to be taking an ugly turn as Dinesh has now decided to drag Sunny and her husband Daniel Webber to the court.

However, Daniel has quashed all the accusations made by the director calling them as baseless. He informed that Sunny had never committed for the project.

A popular daily sought the views from both the sides and here's what they said.

Dinesh Tiwari's statement: "Sunny kept us waiting for six months. I met Daniel in 2015 to cast Sunny in Dangerous Husn but she suggested that we cast her husband, who wanted to make a Bollywood debut, as the hero. We agreed and she came on-board for a promotional number.We signed Daniel for the film and shooting commenced in March, 2015. We recorded tracks with Armaan Malik, Neha Kakkar and Jubin Nautiyal. Our first schedule of 15 days, which also included a party song, was wrapped up in May and thus far, I had spent Rs 2 crore.Daniel was given Rs 15 lakh as remuneration but when we asked Sunny to shoot for the second schedule, she started avoiding us. Despite us agreeing to pay her the fee she had quoted, she kept us waiting for six months following which I confronted Daniel, who admitted that Sunny didn't want him to debut in the film. On September 29, 2016, I lodged a complaint at the Versova Police Station against them for cheating, financial damages and tarnishing my reputation. I then sent a legal notice. It's unfortunate that my first film was shelved thanks to Daniel and Sunny." (sic)

Here's what Daniel Weber said, "People use Sunny's name to finance films. There's no better way to get traction than to attach Sunny's name to a project. People use her name to finance films, like it happens for several actors.When she signs something, she puts it out there because she is proud of her work. I was signed for the film and shot for 10 days. Halfway through it, some of the crew walked off because they were not paid. Local unions came on set and shut it down entirely. I was on-board the film completely. I did a press conference and photo-shoot.When Dinesh approached me four months later, asking for more dates, I complied. But he went around telling people that Sunny was in the film. I'd conveyed to him that she won't do any song in the film. We asked Dinesh to show us the finished movie so Sunny could decide if she wanted to do a song but he refused to comply, continuing to ask for Sunny's dates." (sic)
