Deepika LOST COOL while Sonam gave a CLASSY reply to Western Media

Recently, Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor turned heads at the Cannes Film Festival 2017. The actresses garnered applauds from all around for their flawless and magnificent looks at the French Riviera.

However, like always, the International media failed in doing their homework properly before publishing stories and pictures of Indian actresses who walked the red carpet.

Earlier, Deepika was referred to as Priyanka Chopra by the western media and now Sonam Kapoor was tagged as Deepika Padukone by a popular American photo stock agency, which later went viral.

The agency wrote, "Indian actress Deepika Padukone arrives for the film The Meyerowitz Stories in competition at the 70th Annual International Film Festival in Cannes, France on May 21, 2017."

Sonam, who is known to speak her mind, gave a classy reply and termed the mistake as a mere error. She posted on her twitter: "One picture in a milieu of 1000s tagged right is an error, not a misidentification. Gets your facts right don't believe Pr's."

On the other hand, Deepika had lost her cool when she was referred to as Priyanka Chopra. She got so offended by that identity goof-up that she termed the antic by the international media as racist.
